Hard Rock Park, the world's first rock 'n' roll theme park, broke ground on July 13, 2006 as the first independently owned destination attraction to be built in the U.S. in nearly a decade.

Hard Rock Park celebrates the spirit of rock 'n' roll through a myriad of uniquely designed rides and attractions, making it the largest single investment in tourism in South Carolina's history.

General Information:

• A group must consist of a minimum of 15 persons to receive a group rate.
• Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance (M-F) to receive group rates. Walk-up groups will pay the general admission price for each member of their group.
• If you do not have 15 or more paying guests upon arrival, your rate will be the general admission price for each member of your group.
• Groups must be in complete attendance before entering the Park. It is recommended that your group arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the contracted time.
• Groups must pay in one lump sum. Separate individual payments cannot be facilitated for group reservations.
• All guests who leave the Park must have their hand stamped to regain entry back into the Park on the same day.
• Groups will receive one (1) complimentary ticket for each set of 20 tickets that are purchased from the park.

Exclusive Events:

• The pricing structure for exclusive use of all or portions of the park may include space charges and/or other associated fees in addition to ticket/menu prices.
• Several bar options are available for private or exclusive events including hourly pricing per person, pricing on consumption, beverage tickets, or cash bar.

Tax and Service Charges:

• Group Admission tickets will be subject to a 1% resort fee and a 7 1/2% sales tax.
• Group meals will be subject to a 9 1/2% sales tax.
• All groups will be limited to one form of payment unless arranged prior to the event. Individual payments can not be facilitated for group reservations.

Payment:

• Group reservations require a 10% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking to reserve the function date.
• 30 days prior to the function date, a payment of 50% of the remaining balance is due.
• 10 days prior to the function date, the remaining balance is due for payment in full.
• Final attendance counts and meal counts for groups are due 3 business days prior to the function date. Include guides or escorts, but do not count bus drivers into your final count.
• Bus drivers receive complimentary admission. This number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction. You are responsible for the payment of the guaranteed number. Should Hard Rock Park not receive a final count, you are responsible for payment of the contracted count as well as any additional guests and/or needs.
• Group admission tickets and meals are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash and company checks are accepted. (If using a credit card, it is probable that it will be necessary to make more than one charge to your card with the total amount charged being equal to your final amount due.)

Refund/Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations are non-refundable.

Parking:

• Ample complimentary motorcoach parking is available in the front parking area of the Park.

Group Sizes:

• Group sizes range between 15--49 Guests / 50+ Guests.
• Group pricing is subject to an additional 1% resort fee and a 7 1/2% sales tax fee.
• Group pricing guarantees admission into the Park on a specific day.
• Once a group count has been established, any additional guests that may increase the total group count will be based on the original contracted group pricing. In the event that the group count decreases, pricing will be subject to the actual group number.
• Group tickets are to be purchased as noted above. Individual payments per ticket are not acceptable.
• Hard Rock Park reserves the right to modify this group sales policy at any time without notice.
